If you are putting on an event that requires a PA system, I can help. I supply, deliver & setup (plus engineer & mix if required) high quality PA systems, ideal for small/medium sized venues & halls. Using a decent quality PA system & microphones provides high quality music for your event & ensures that everyone can hear & engage with any speeches.
The PA & any other hired equipment will be delivered to the venue, setup & sound checked, with a quick demo on how to use it & how to plug in any of your own music playback equipment you might wish to use.

A typical PA hire setup suitable for most events. You just need to bring your own laptop or phone to plug in & play your own music.
Additional gear for hire includes a tablet with premium versions of Spotify & Amazon Music pre installed, broadcast quality wireless microphones for speeches, & just about any other cables, adapters, or AV equipment you might require.
- 2x Electro-Voice ZLX15P 1000W Powered speakers (total output 2KW)
- 2x Speaker tripods
- 16 Channel mixing desk (Soundcraft) or 12 channel mixing desk (Allen & Heath)
- 1x Microphone & stand (Shure SM58)
- Any required leads to plug in a music player such as a phone, mp3 player, laptop, bluetooth music device etc.
- Delivered & setup within 15 miles of Skipton, picked up 24 hours later.
Minimum hire cost for a drop off & setup is £120.
All bookings require a £100 refundable cash deposit & proof of ID / address.

What can I plug into the PA?
You can connect microphones, mp3 music players, laptops, phones & musical instruments into our PA systems, but please check with us before connecting a device which you are unsure about as it might damage our equipment.
All hired mixing desks comes with Bluetooth inputs so you can stream loud & quality music wirelessly, directly to your audience from your laptop, tablet or phone.
Can I run a party just from my phone, laptop or tablet?
Yes! But if you intend to use a mobile as your primary music source, it’s probably best to put it into airplane mode, so that any phone calls, or text / WhatsApp messages aren’t sent through the PA.
We are getting married in the Yorkshire Dales, can you supply a PA system for speeches & so we can play our own music?

Can I dismantle or move the PA
No. dismantling or moving the pa system can only be done by us, it invalidates our insurance & we have had issues in the past where a PA system that has been moved has been connected up incorrectly. You may lose your deposit if any hired sound equipment is damaged.
Will you operate the PA for us?
Yes! As well as having great ears, I am calm & discrete.
